what do you do with the flat spikes that come with your athletic shoes?

i got some athletic shoes and it came with the spikes and stuff but two of the spikes were flat soo were do u put them ones…oh and if i dont put the flat spikes on there will be two missing spiikes so they must go on

Those are basically blank spikes. They are used so nothing (such as dirt or grass) gets clogged in the hole. Where you put them depends on what event you are doing or even personal preference. I usually put it in either the furthest down or the most central slot, but I have heard or people putting them in the front. So the next time you are at the track move them around and see what you like best.
