What is the best way to clean white athletic (leather like) shoes?

November 13th, 2009 | by admin |

I don’t really want to throw them in the washer. I’d like to keep my new white athletic, leather like shoes clean.

How do I do it?

mix 2/3 bleach 1/3 water and take an old toothbrush to the shoes – the bleach will keep them white and the toothbrush is good at getting the dirt off

I’ve found that the Magic Eraser works well, as long as they aren’t suede.

I find using an old toothbrush and Soft-n-Scrub works great.

My friends and I use colgate (toothpaste) and a toothbrush. The results are amazing.
