What type of athletic shoes do I need?
October 24th, 2009 | by admin |I need a new pair of shoes but I don’t know what to get. I will mostly be using them in the gym. Every once in a while to run in. What brands are good and what type of shoe should I get? Cross trainers, running shoes… please be thorough. Thanks!
