How do I clean mildew from ladies clear plastic shoes without discoloring the plastic?

These shoes are made from clear plastic with leather heels and straps as well as decorative leather pieces on the plastic foot piece. Mildew has also accumulated on the leather parts

    Ok eww shoes should not have mildew and no offense but clear plastic shoes aren’t always the classiest way to go. Please throw them out and if you have to buy a new pair.

    Warm water, windex and a soft sponge to scrub for the plastic. Use q-tips and old toothbrushes for the detailed areas. For the leather, lightly wet an old toothbrush and very gently scrub in circular motions, cleaning the brush often. Get a shoe polish and go over the leather to even the color again.
