Tall Girl is a good place to shop.

I tried Zappos (they have an *awesome* selection) but they don’t deliver to Canada so that’s no good to me

Payless is really hit and miss. The shoes in larger sizes they carry are usually pretty horrid. If you are a bigger girl they just assume you have no style.

Zappos.com. I bought a size 13 from them, but I did not get any quality better than Payless, but paid three times as much. I have heard others did not have as bad an experience as I did, so you may find something nice.
