All of that jargon doesnt really mean squat! Find a pair of mens shoes that feel like they fit you properly, and try them. New Balance, Asics, and Reeboks are all that come pretty standard in both men and women.

If the shoe fits then that's all that matters. High-end running shoe makers might make you think that there is a difference but that's just clever advertising; the center of gravity for men vs women is not taken into account since the difference for the shoe would be ridiculously microscopic or none.

as long as the fit is good for you then it doesn’t matter if it is a mans or womans — usually the only difference anyway is the colors

The difference between most women's and men shoes is the size of the toe box, if the fit you right and work it should be just the same
