well if you are trying to wash your sport shoes then you must first dip it inside the water with detergent powder for about 2 hours. then take it out and with an old toothbrush clean it. now rinse with water. now put it inside the washing machine for drying and then place it in sun for further evaporation. the cleaning quality depends upon how good you have cleaned it with the brush.

to wash it clearly u should take help of your mother. otherwise make a list and write what to do in that. perfect answer is that u have to do it only with the help of hand, and clothes.

Put them in a pillow case and tie it at one end. Put on a 30 degree not too vigorous wash, like a wool wash. Should come up a treat!
