What colour shoes can match midnight blue bridesmaid dresses?

October 23rd, 2009 | by admin |

My best friend is getting married and has asked me to help her coordinate the bridesmaids dresses, shoes and purses. The colour scheme is midnight blue (the dresses) and hot pink (the flowers). Originally, she wanted ivory shoes/purses but now she’s not so sure.
The wedding is in August, will silver be considered too much of a "winter" colour?

Probably a whitish tan. Dont wear black. Maybe the same color flats or heels but make sure there is a little bit of other color in it.

    ivory would look pretty
DO NOT DO BLACK! :: it would be one of those moments when it looks like you dressed in the dark
another color would be the pink you are using in the flowers…
    congrats and good luck!

I would most definitely go with Silver. There are some beautiful silver shoes (especially with tastefully placed stones for a bit of elegance) out there that aren’t horribly expensive.Silver goes with most anything and the Bridesmaids would be able to wear the shoes for lots of other occasions in the future, not just the wedding.
