What is the best women’s running shoe?

I have bad knees from prior sports injures. I would like a running shoe that has really good shock absorption. Will be used mostly for running on a treadmill, but occasionally outside. Any suggestions?

i use saucony and that brand is very good. but it would be better to just go to fleet feet sports and ask for help in looking for a shoe. their workers and service are excellent and will help you in finding a shoe thats appropriate for you.

    Yeah, go to your local running store and get fitted for cushioned shoes by all different brands
    such as Asics, Brooks, Mizuno, Nike, etc. The shape, form, arch and so on determine which is the
    best women’s running shoe for you!! Everyone’s feet are unique to themselves so they should
    be fitted that way to feel the most comfortable and find the best running shoes for you. good luck : )

    Anything Asics

    I’ve tried everything but I love Asics, they have different shoe styles to suit your individual needs

    I’ve worn them since I’ve started running, tried others and always go back to Asics 2100’s. My dad is going onto his 50th marathon and he swears by his and he’s tried them all. My mom likes the colors lol :)

    Asics for outside and Socony for on the treadmill. :) they work well. i cant run in asics on the treadmill it doesnt work but Socony does. hope i helped!
